Pz.Kpf.W. V Ausf. D mit Räumschild „Räumpanther“

Due to the increasing devastations of German cities by Allied bombers in 1944/45 the problem occured that many important streets and ways were blocked by debris. To solve this problem from 1944 onwards Panzer III and IV were used as street clearing devices. At least on Panther was also used for for this in Nürnberg 1945. It was most likely put together from the turret and chassis of two different Panthers extended with a clearing shield.
